~Plot~
“A woman of a noble house must have a husband to inherit a title.”
Because of the Lucrum Law—a bad law that forces a woman to marry to become a Grand Duke—Diana, the heir of the Kailum Grand Ducal House, is troubled.
“My lady, please marry me.”
A man comes to her.
“You need it. A stand-in husband.”
He is Edward de Mare, the head of the greatest Mare Merchant Guild on the continent, a man who holds the empire’s wealth. He offers Diana a one-year contract marriage.
“After four seasons pass, I will leave Your Grace’s side.”
Diana decides to accept the proposal of this crazy man who willingly offers himself for the role.
