Xiao Ba laughed heartily, while Xiao Zhan watched from a distance.

He scrutinized her from head to toe, his tone mocking. “You’ve slimmed down? Why trouble yourself? You know I like you chubby the most.”
He stepped closer, a sinister expression on his face. “Chubby is flavorful, more fun. Don’t you think?”

Luo Luo pressed the knife down hard.
“Come on, come on, where do you want to stab?”
Xiao Ba moved the knife to his neck. “Here?”
Luo Luo gritted her teeth and pressed hard, but he easily shifted it aside.
Lowering her gaze, she placed it against his chest. “Here?”
“The heart’s here,” he said, relishing the thought. “Pull it out, all red and warm, still beating.”
Luo Luo felt sick to her stomach but pressed harder.
Yet, against such a strong man, no matter how hard she tried, it felt futile.
“Stick it in here, and the blood will gush. A tilt of the head, and you’re dead.”
Xiao Ba grabbed her hand and moved the knife to his abdomen.
Luo Luo looked at his rising and falling stomach, burning with the urge to stab.
Xiao Ba sneered. “Whoa, who made you angry? Was it me?”
A breeze carried the scent of blood through the air.
Teasing, he said, “This was supposed to be consensual… why are you mad at me?”
He glanced at his brother in the distance and grinned arrogantly. “Oh, you’re here too.”
Seeing Xiao Zhan remain silent, he pulled Luo Luo into his arms.
“Ah, my bad, big brother. Your sister-in-law just likes me too much. I said males and females shouldn’t get intimate, but she insisted on crawling into my arms. What a fuss.”
Xiao Zhan stayed motionless for a long while, and Xiao Ba laughed heartily. “You don’t want her? Perfect, then let her be your brother’s wife.”
With a swift step, he brought Luo Luo in front of Xiao Zhan. “Quick, call her your sister-in-law. From now on, we’re one family.”
“Roar~” Xiao Zhan transformed into his beast form, a roar echoing through the valley.
Beside them, Chi Yao and Zi Ye felt their ears almost burst.
“Want to fight?” Xiao Ba laughed. “You can’t get in anyway. Roaring won’t help a bit.”
He looked at Luo Luo. “How about you two dissolve your contract? I see he really wants to get in.”
As he went to pull her arm, there was a ripping sound.
One of Luo Luo’s sleeves was torn, revealing rows of marks on her arm.
Her red dress made her look exceptionally cute, but half her arm looked like a decorated gangster’s sleeve—completely at odds.
