First of all, the claim that there are only five options is already wrong…

Depending on your choice, the player automatically advances to that type of class, but the class attained can differ depending on your performance in the “Dimensional Voyage” quest.
There’s a very small chance to get a hidden class even in the first advancement, but it’s not significant.
Eventually, in the second advancement available from level 50, you can get better classes, making the first-class choice meaningless.

The idea that the first class becomes meaningless after the second advancement is completely wrong.

Therefore, the most important thing in the first class advancement is to choose a class direction that suits your aptitude.
