The Perfect Plan to Avoid Death Ending

“I am Herreith Eckbert. You are the one who woke me up.”
“…Sorry? Who are you again?”
“Pleased to meet you, Master.”
I accidentally ended up unsealing a demon.
And to top it off, I got tricked into a fraudulent contract?
“This contract remains valid until your death.”
“…Excuse me?”
“It’s a lifetime contract, my naïve young lady.”
“…But I’m terminally ill.”
His blue eyes wavered in shock.
At this point, I’m not sure who’s really been scammed here.

Thanks to the contract with him, I managed to find a cure for my incurable disease.
That’s great, but…
This demon is acting a little—no, so strange.
“That thing from before? Let’s pretend it didn’t happen and try again.”
I pushed his face away as he tried to sneak closer.
“Try what! That’s something people do with their lovers!”
“Then we must do it.”
Herreith, whose words were muffled behind my hand, smirked as his eyes glinted. Then he kissed my palm.
