Story 36
The Fish Dish
On the first night of our training camp, the dinner menu said “Suzuki Dish.”
But when the food was served, there wasn’t a single trace of fish in it.
I remember thinking it was strange—why call it a Suzuki dish (suzuki means “sea bass” in Japanese) when there was clearly no fish at all?
Now I can’t help but wonder…
Could it have anything to do with Suzuki, the student who went missing on the very first day of camp?
