Synopsis
Though he was a lowly desert dweller, he had pledged his loyalty to Kyron, who accepted him as a member of the family.
“With the sword given to me by Lord Kyron, I shall protect him for the rest of my life.”
But the price of guarding him with his very life… was betrayal.
“Kyron… if I ever meet you again… I will plunge my blade into your heart. Next time, I will be the one to cast you aside.”
As he lay dying, a voice rang out.
It was the voice of the Dragon, the King of the Desert, Pkellon.
—Do you mean it?
“I swear it.”
And when he closed his eyes and opened them again… he had become Kyron’s sickly youngest son.
